Refund & Return Policy

At Leviartdesigns, each item is carefully handcrafted or made to order. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Leviartdesigns@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Handmade Items

Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our products:

  • Slight variations in design, color, or size may occur

  • These are not considered defects


Print-on-Demand Items (e.g., framed prints)

For print-on-demand items fulfilled through our partner:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for size or preference issues

  • Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of delivery


Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing,
